1. Find "Email"

Press the menu icon.

1. Press the menu icon.
2. Press Email.
3. Press the new email icon.
4. Key in the first letters of the required contact.
5. Matching contacts are displayed.
6. Press the required contact.
7. Repeat the procedure to add more recipients.
8. Press Subject and key in a subject for the email.
9. Press the text input field and write the required text.
10. Press the attachment icon.
11. To add a picture:

13. Press the required picture.
14. To add a video clip:

16. Press the required video clip.
17. To add an audio file:
18. Press Add sound.
19. Press WALKMAN.

44. Press Require sign-in to turn SMTP authentication on or off.
45. When the box next to the menu item is ticked (V), SMTP authentication is turned on.
46. Press the field below Username and key in your username for your email provider's outgoing server, if required.
47. Press the field below Password and key in your password for your email provider's outgoing server, if required.
48. Press Next.
49. Press the drop down list below Inbox check frequency.
50. Press Manual or the required period.
51. Press Send email from this account by default to select a default email account.
52. When the box next to the menu item is ticked (V), the function is turned on.
53. Press Notify me when email arrives to turn the function on or off.
54. When the box next to the menu item is ticked (V), the function is turned on.
55. Press Sync email from this account to turn the function on or off.
56. When the box next to the menu item is ticked (V), the function is turned on.
57. Press Next.
58. Key in a name for the email account.
59. Press the field below Your name (displayed on outgoing messages) and key in the required sender name.
60. Press Next.
61. Wait while your phone retrieves new email.
62. Press the home icon to return to standby mode.
