Set up your tablet for Exchange email
You can set up your tablet to send and receive email from your Exchange email account, such as your work email. Remember, you need to set up your tablet for internet.
Select an alternative email configuration:
- Set up your tablet for email
- Set up your tablet for Telstra Mail

1Find "Email"
- Press the menu icon.
- Press Email.

2Enter email address
- Key in your email address.

If an email account has been created already, do the following instead:Press the menu icon. Press Settings. Press Add account. Key in your email address.

3Enter password
- Press Password and key in your password.
- Press Manual setup.

4Select server type
- Press Exchange ActiveSync.

5Enter domain and username
- Key in the domain and username separated by a "\".

6Enter server address
- Press the field below "Server" and key in the server address.

7Turn SSL encryption on or off
- Press Use secure connection (SSL) to turn the function on or off.

8Turn client certificate on or off
- Press Use client certificate to turn the function on or off.
- If you turn on the function:
- Press Client certificate and follow the instructions on the display to install the required certificate.
- Press Next.

9Select synchronisation setting
- Press the drop down list next to "Check frequency".
- Press Automatic (Push), Manual or the required interval.

10Select period for synchronisation of email
- Press the drop down list next to "Days to sync".
- Press the required setting.

11Turn email notification on or off
- Press Notify me when email arrives to turn the function on or off.

12Select data types for synchronisation
- Press one of the following data types to turn synchronisation on or off:
- Sync contacts from this account
- Sync calendar from this account
- Sync email from this account
- Sync tasks from this account
- Press Next.

13Enter email account name
- Key in a name for your email account.

14Finish setup
- Press Next.

15Return to the home screen
- Press the home icon to return to the home screen.
