Your USB modem can't find a network

Wrong or no SIM

Insert SIM

    Remove the back cover
    • Turn the back of your USB modem towards you. Slide the back cover downwards and remove it.

    Insert SIM
    • Place your SIM as illustrated next to the SIM holder.
      Please note that your USB modem only supports nano SIMs.
    • Slide your SIM into the SIM holder.
  • 3
    Replace the back cover
    • Place the back cover on your USB modem with ½ cm opening at the top and slide the back cover upwards.

Your SIM has been blocked permanently

Your PIN isn't keyed in
