Set up your router for text messaging

A text message is a message that can be sent to mobile phones. Your router can send and receive text messages as soon as you've inserted your SIM. If this isn't the case, you can set up your router for text messaging manually. Remember, you need to establish a connection to the router web interface.

    Find "SMS Settings"
    • Click SMS.
    • Click SMS Settings.

    Select validity period
    • Click the drop down list next to "Validity".
    • Click Maximum.

    Enter the message centre number
    • Click the field next to "SMS Centre Number" and key in +61418706700.
    • Click Apply.
