I can't turn on my phone

The battery is flat
Your SIM is faulty
The entered PIN is incorrect
Your SIM has been permanently blocked
You're asked to key in the PUK
Your phone isn't assembled correctly

Insert SIM

    Insert your SIM
    • Turn your SIM as illustrated on the cover on the side of your phone.
    • Open the cover.
    • Slide your SIM into the holder until it clicks into place.
    • Close the cover again.
