I can't check my MessageBank®

You're trying to check your MessageBank® when abroad or from another phone than your own
The MessageBank® number is not saved in the phone

Save MessageBank® number

    Find "Voicemail number"
    • Press the phone icon.
    • Press the Menu key.
    • Press Settings.
    • Press Voicemail.
    • Press Setup.
    • Press Voicemail number.

    Save MessageBank® number
    • Key in +61101 and press OK.
  • 3
    Return to the home screen
    • Press the Home key to return to the home screen.
