1. Find "Email"

Press the menu icon.

1. Press the menu icon.
2. Press Email.
3. Press the name of the email account.
4. Press the required email account.
5. Press the new email icon.
6. Press To.
7. Key in the first letters of the required contact.
8. Matching contacts are displayed.
9. Press the required contact.
10. Repeat the procedure to add more recipients.
11. Press Subject and key in a subject for the email.
12. Press Compose email and write the required text.
13. Press the Menu key.
14. Press Attach file.
15. Press File Manager.
16. Go to the required folder.
17. Press the required file.
18. Press the send icon when you've finished your email.
19. Press the Home key to return to the home screen.

19. Press Notify me when email arrives to turn the function on or off.
20. Press Sync email from this account to turn the function on or off.
21. Press Next.
22. Key in a name for your email account
23. Press the field below "Your name (displayed on outgoing messages)" and key in the required sender name.
24. Press Next.
25. Wait while your phone retrieves new email.
26. Press the Home key to return to the home screen.

13. Press Automatic (Push), Never or the required period.

15. Press the required setting.
16. Press Notify me when email arrives to turn the function on or off.
17. Press one of the following data types to turn synchronisation on or off:

22. Press Automatically download attachments when connected to Wi-Fi to turn the function on or off.
23. Press Next.
24. Key in a name for your email account
25. Press Next.
26. Press the Home key to return to the home screen.
