I can't make voice calls

There's no credit on your prepaid phone
Your number is no longer in service
Flight mode is turned on
Barring of outgoing calls is turned on
Your phone is overloaded for unknown reasons
The SIM is faulty
Not adequate network coverage
There is a temporary network problem
There's an error at the receiving end
The selected network is out of range

Select network

Press the Navigation key.
Select Settings.
Select Wireless & Networks.
Select Mobile Network.
Select Network operators.
Select Automatically select network.
Select Off to turn off the function and wait while your phone searches for networks.
Select the required network.
Press the Return key.
Select Automatically select network.
Select On to turn on the function.
Press Disconnect to return to the home screen.

    Find "Network operators"
    • Press the Navigation key.
    • Select Settings.
    • Select Wireless & Networks.
    • Select Mobile Network.
    • Select Network operators.

    Select network manually
    • Select Automatically select network.
    • Select Off to turn off the function and wait while your phone searches for networks.
    • Select the required network.
    • Press the Return key.

    Select network automatically
    • Select Automatically select network.
    • Select On to turn on the function.

    Return to the home screen
    • Press Disconnect to return to the home screen.
