I can't receive messages on my MessageBank®

Your MessageBank® hasn't been set up
Incoming calls aren't diverted to your MessageBank®

Divert calls to MessageBank®

Press the Navigation key.
Select Settings.
Select Call Settings.
Select Calls.
Select Call forwarding.
Select the required divert type.
Key in +61101 and press the Navigation key.
Select OK.
Press Disconnect to return to the home screen.

    Find "Call forwarding"
    • Press the Navigation key.
    • Select Settings.
    • Select Call Settings.
    • Select Calls.
    • Select Call forwarding.

    Divert calls to MessageBank®
    • Select the required divert type.
    • Key in +61101 and press the Navigation key.
    • Select OK.

    Return to the home screen
    • Press Disconnect to return to the home screen.
