Your missed calls are diverted after a specified number of seconds. If your calls are diverted too fast, you need to select a longer period of time.

1. Find "Call divert"

Press the Navigation key.

1. Press the Navigation key.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select Call settings.
4. Select Call divert.
5. Select the required divert type.
6. Select On.
7. Select Divert to voicemail.
8. Select Line number.
9. Key in +61101 and press the Left selection key.
10. If you divert missed calls, you need to select a delay for the divert. Select the required delay.
11. Press Disconnect to return to the home screen.

If divert of all calls is turned on, you can't receive any calls on your phone.

Solution: Cancel all diverts

If your phone doesn't receive any calls when someone calls you, it may be caused by an unknown connection error.

Remove the battery and leave it out for 10-15 seconds.

If barring of incoming calls is turned on, you can't receive any calls on your phone.

2. Select Settings.
3. Select Call settings.
4. Select Call barring.
5. Select the required barring type.
6. Select On and key in your barring password.
7. Select Cancel all barring and key in your barring password.
8. Press Disconnect to return to the home screen.
