Your missed calls are diverted after a specified number of seconds. If your calls are diverted too fast, you need to select a longer period of time.

1. Find "Call forwarding"

Slide your finger downwards starting from the top of the screen.

1. Slide your finger downwards starting from the top of the screen.
2. Press the settings icon.
3. Press Call.
4. Press Call forwarding.
5. Press the required divert type.
6. If you divert missed calls, you need to select a delay for the divert. Press the drop down list below "DELAY" and follow the instructions on the screen to select a delay for the divert.
7. Key in +61101 and press ENABLE.
8. Press the Home key to return to the home screen.

If divert of all calls is turned on, you can't receive any calls on your phone.

Solution: Cancel all diverts

If your phone doesn't receive any calls when someone calls you, it may be caused by an unknown connection error.

Solution: Restart your phone

If barring of incoming calls is turned on, you can't receive any calls on your phone.

Solution: Turn call barring on or off

2. Press the settings icon.
3. Press Call.
4. Press Call barring settings.
5. Press the required barring type.
6. Key in your call barring password and press OK.
7. Press the Home key to return to the home screen.
