Select network mode

There may be different network modes available depending on where you are. The network mode influences the data speeds your tablet can achieve.

Press Settings.
Press Mobile Data.
Press Mobile Data Options.
Press Data.
To turn on use of 5G primarily, press 5G On.
To turn on automatic switch between 5G and 4G, press 5G Auto.
To use 4G only, press 4G.
Slide your finger upwards starting from the bottom of the screen to return to the home screen.

    • Press Settings.
    • Press Mobile Data.
    • Press Mobile Data Options.
    • Press Data.

    Select network mode
    • To turn on use of 5G primarily, press 5G On.
      Your tablet will primarily use 5G even though it may cause an increase in battery consumption. Your tablet automatically switches between 5G and 4G depending on whether you have 5G network coverage or not.
    • To turn on automatic switch between 5G and 4G, press 5G Auto.
      Your tablet will only use 5G for functions that do not have a significant impact on the battery consumption. Your tablet automatically switches between 5G and 4G depending on whether you have 5G network coverage or not.
    • To use 4G only, press 4G.

    Return to the home screen
    • Slide your finger upwards starting from the bottom of the screen to return to the home screen.
