I can't use my phone's internet connection

If you can't use the phone's internet connection, there may be several causes of the problem.

Several functions on the phone require an internet connection, e.g. when you use the internet browser, send email and install apps.

Solution: Set up your phone for internet

When you insert your SIM into your phone, it's automatically set up for internet.

To use the phone's internet connection, mobile data needs to be turned on.

Solution: Turn mobile data on or off

Press Settings.

To use the phone's internet connection when abroad, data roaming needs to be turned on.

Solution: Turn data roaming on or off

Press Settings.

If there's an error in the operating system on your phone, it may help restarting it.

Solution: Restart your phone
