Retrieve PUK code and unlock SIM
If an incorrect PIN is entered three times in a row, your SIM will be blocked. To unblock your SIM, you'll need to key in your PUK. Find out how to retrieve the PUK.

1Unblock SIM
- The display tells you that your SIM is blocked.
- Drag the arrow right.
- Press Unlock.
- Key in your PUK and press OK.
- Key in a new four-digit PIN and press OK.
- Key in the PIN again and press OK.
- The phone is ready for use.
