Use map functions in Maps
You can use the map functions in Maps to find a specific location on the map or to plan a route from one location to another. Remember, you need to set up your phone for internet and turn on GPS.

1Find "Maps"
- Press Maps.

2Use map functions in Maps
- The following steps describe how you:
- Find a destination
- Use zoom
- Turn 3D mode on or off
- Save a favourite destination
- Plan a route to a destination
- Clear the map

3Find destination
- Press Search or enter an address.
- Key in the required destination and press Search.
- the selected destination is displayed as a point on the map.

4Use zoom
- Drag two fingers together or apart to zoom in or out.

5Turn 3D mode on or off
- Press the information icon.
- Press Show 3D Map or Show 2D Map (depending on the current setting) to turn 3D mode on or off.

6Save favourite destination
- Press the field above the destination.
- Press the menu icon.
- Press Add to Favorites.
- Edit the name of the destination and press Save.
- Press Map to return to the map.

7Plan route to destination
- Press the field above the destination.
- Press Directions to Here.
- Press Route.
- Press Drive or Walk.

8Clear the map
- Press Clear.

9Return to the home screen
- Press the Home key to return to the home screen.
