Retrieve PUK code and unblock SIM
If an incorrect PIN is entered three times in a row, your SIM will be blocked. To unblock your SIM, you'll need to key in your PUK. Find out how to retrieve the PUK.

1Turn off your phone
- Press and hold On/Off.

2Turn on your phone
- Press On/Off until your phone is turned on.

3Unblock SIM
- The display tells you that your SIM is blocked.
- Press Enter PUK and key in the PUK.
- Press Enter new SIM PIN 1 and key in a new 4-digit PIN.
- Press Confirm SIM PIN 1 and key in the new PIN again.
- Press OK.
- The phone is ready for use.
