Change PIN
Your PIN protects your SIM from unauthorised use. If use of PIN is turned on, it needs to be keyed in when you turn on your phone. Follow these instructions to change your PIN.
You need to turn on use of PIN before you can change your PIN. Click here for information on how to turn use of PIN on or off.

1Find "Change SIM PIN"
- Slide your finger down the display starting from the top edge of your phone.
- Press the settings icon.
- Press Security.
- Press Set up SIM card lock.
- Press Change SIM PIN.

2Change PIN
- Key in your current PIN and press OK.
- Key in a new four-digit PIN and press OK.
- Key in the new PIN again and press OK.

If an incorrect PIN is entered three times in a row, your SIM will be blocked. To unblock your SIM, you'll need to key in your PUK. The PUK can be obtained by contacting Customer Service.Please note:If the wrong PUK is entered ten times in a row, your SIM will be blocked permanently. In this case, you need a new SIM from Telstra.

3Return to the home screen
- Press the Home key several times to return to the home screen.
