Back up contacts to your SIM and your phone

You can back up your contacts to your SIM and your phone. This way, you won't lose your contacts if you change your SIM or phone.

Press Essentials.
Press Contacts.
Press the menu icon.
Press Manage contacts.
Press Import.
Press SIM card.
Press Phone.
Press OK.
Press Select all.
Press IMPORT.
Press IMPORT.
Press Back up.
Press SIM card.
Press OK.
Press Select all.
Press BACK UP.
Press BACK UP.
Press the Home key to return to the home screen.

    Find "Manage contacts"
    • Press Essentials.
    • Press Contacts.
    • Press the menu icon.
    • Press Manage contacts.

    Copy contacts from your SIM to your phone
    • Press Import.
    • Press SIM card.
    • Press Phone.
    • Press OK.
    • Press Select all.
    • Press IMPORT.
    • Press IMPORT.

    Copy contacts from your phone to your SIM
    • Press Back up.
    • Press SIM card.
    • Press OK.
    • Press Select all.
    • Press BACK UP.
    • Press BACK UP.

    • Press the Home key to return to the home screen.
