Select dual SIM settings

When you insert two SIMs into your phone, you can make calls and send and receive messages from both SIMs. You can also select a default SIM for mobile data usage.

Slide two fingers downwards starting from the top of the screen.
Press the settings icon.
Press Network and Internet.
Press SIMs.
Press the required SIM.
Press the indicator next to
If you turn off the function, press Yes.
Press SMS preference.
Press the required setting.
Press Calls preference.
Press the required setting.
Press the Home key to return to the home screen.

    Find "SIMs"
    • Slide two fingers downwards starting from the top of the screen.
    • Press the settings icon.
    • Press Network and Internet.
    • Press SIMs.

    Turn use of SIM on or off
    • Press the required SIM.
    • Press the indicator next to "Use SIM" to turn use of the SIM on or off.
    • If you turn off the function, press Yes.

    Select default SIM for text messaging
    • Press SMS preference.
    • Press the required setting.

    Select default SIM for voice calls
    • Press Calls preference.
    • Press the required setting.

    Return to the home screen
    • Press the Home key to return to the home screen.
