Set up your phone for Exchange email
You can set up your phone to send and receive email from your Exchange email account, such as your work email. Remember, you need to set up your phone for internet.
Select an alternative email configuration:
- Set up your phone for email
- Set up your phone for Telstra Mail

1Find "email+accounts"
- Slide your finger down the display starting from the top edge of your phone.
- Press ALL SETTINGS.
- Press email+accounts.

2Create new email account
- Press add an account.
- Press advanced setup.

3Enter email address
- Press the field below "Email address" and key in your email address.

4Enter password
- Press the field below "Password" and key in the password for your email account.
- Press next.

5Select account type
- Press Exchange ActiveSync.

6Enter username
- Press the field below "Username" and key in the username for your email account.

7Enter domain name
- Press the field below "Domain" and key in the domain name.

8Enter server address
- Press the field below "Server" and key in the server address.

9Turn SSL encryption on or off
- Press Server requires encrypted (SSL) connection to turn the function on or off.

10Enter email account name
- Press the field below "Account name" and key in the required name.

11Select synchronisation setting
- Press the field below "Download new content".
- Press the required interval or manually.

12Select period for synchronisation of email
- Press the field below "Download email from".
- Press the required period or any time.

13Select data types for synchronisation
- Press one of the following data types to turn synchronisation on or off:
- Contacts
- Calendar
- Tasks

14Finish setup
- Press sign in.

15Return to the home screen
- Press the home icon to return to the home screen.
