Follow these instructions to use the calendar.

    Find "Calendar"
    • Slide your finger left on the display.
    • Press Calendar.

    Use calendar
    • Follow the steps below to use the calendar.

    Change calendar view
    • To go to month view:
    • Press the month view icon.
    • To see a list of all appointments:
    • Slide your finger left to find agenda.

    Add appointment
    • Go to the required date.
    • Press + to create a new appointment.
    • Press Subject and key in a subject for the appointment.
    • Follow the instructions on the display to key in more information, such as location, duration and reminder.
    • Press the save icon.

    View appointment
    • Slide your finger left on the display to find agenda.
    • Press the required appointment to view the appointment details.
    • Press the Return key to return to the list of appointments.

    Exit
    • Press the Home key to return to standby mode.
