Change phone lock code

The phone lock code protects the contents of your phone from unauthorised use. When the phone lock code is turned on, it needs to be keyed in every time you turn on your phone and when it has been in sleep mode. Remember, you need to turn on use of phone lock code.

    Find "change password"
    • Slide your finger down the display starting from the top edge of your phone.
    • Press ALL SETTINGS.
    • Press lock screen.
    • Press change password.

    Change phone lock code
    • Press the field below "Current password" and key in the phone lock code.
    • Press the field below "New password" and key in a new phone lock code.
    • Press below the field below "Confirm password" and key in the new phone lock code.
    • Press done to confirm.

    Return to the home screen
    • Press the Home key to return to the home screen.
