Turn your phone on and off
Before you can turn on your phone, you need to insert your SIM into your phone.

1Turn on your phone
- Press and hold the Side key until your phone is turned on.

2Enter your PIN

If you're asked to key in your PIN, do so and press arrow right.
If the wrong PIN is entered three times in a row, your SIM is blocked. To unblock your SIM, you'll need to key in your PUK. The PUK can be obtained by contacting Customer Service. Please note: If the wrong PUK is entered ten times in a row, your SIM will be blocked permanently. In this case, you need a new SIM from Telstra.

If you're asked to key in your PIN, do so and press arrow right.

3Turn off your phone
- Press the Side key.
- Simultaneously, press and hold the upper part of the Volume key and keep them both pressed.
- Press and drag the circle downwards.
