I can't send and receive picture messages

Your phone hasn't been correctly set up for picture messaging
The picture message isn't written correctly
Mobile data is turned off
Data roaming is turned off

Turn data roaming on or off

Slide two fingers downwards starting from the top of the screen.
Press the settings icon.
Press SIM Card & Mobile Data.
Press the name of your SIM.
Press the indicator next to
If you turn on the function, press Turn On.
Press the Home key to return to the home screen.

    • Slide two fingers downwards starting from the top of the screen.
    • Press the settings icon.
    • Press SIM Card & Mobile Data.

    Turn data roaming on or off
    • Press the name of your SIM.
    • Press the indicator next to "Data Roaming" to turn the function on or off.
    • If you turn on the function, press Turn On.

    • Press the Home key to return to the home screen.
