I can't send and receive picture messages
Set up your phone for picture messaging

1Find "Access Point Name"
- Press Settings.
- Press Dual SIM & Mobile.
- Press the required SIM.
- Press Access Point Name.

2Create new data connection
- Press the new data connection icon.

3Enter a name for the connection
- Press Name.
- Key in Telstra MMS and press Save.

4Enter APN
- Press APN.
- Key in telstra.mms and press Save.

5Enter picture messaging server
- Press MMSC.
- Key in http://mmsc.telstra.com:8002 and press Save.

6Enter IP address
- Press MMS Proxy.
- Key in 10.1.1.180 and press Save.

7Enter port number
- Press MMS Port.
- Key in 80 and press Save.

8Enter country code
- Press MCC.
- Key in 505 and press Save.

9Enter network code
- Press MNC.
- Key in 01 and press Save.

10Select authentication type
- Press Authentication Type.
- Press None.

11Enter APN type
- Press APN Type.
- Key in mms and press Save.

12Save data connection
- Press Save.

13Return to the home screen
- Press the Home key to return to the home screen.
Can you make a voice call?
It's important to find out if you can make a voice call. If you can't make a voice call, you need to solve this problem first. When the problem is solved, you will most likely also be able to send and receive picture messages.
