I can't send and receive picture messages

Your phone hasn't been correctly set up for picture messaging
The picture message isn't written correctly
Mobile data is turned off

Turn mobile data on or off

Press Settings.
Press Dual SIM & Mobile.
Press the indicator next to
Press Apps Using Wi-Fi and Mobile Data.
Press the required application.
Press the required setting.
Press the Home key to return to the home screen.

    Find "Dual SIM & Mobile"
    • Press Settings.
    • Press Dual SIM & Mobile.

    Turn mobile data on or off
    • Press the indicator next to "Mobile Data" to turn the function on or off.

    Turn use of mobile data for applications on or off
    • Press Apps Using Wi-Fi and Mobile Data.
    • Press the required application.
    • Press the required setting.
  • 4
    Return to the home screen
    • Press the Home key to return to the home screen.
