I can't send and receive text messages

The message centre number is incorrect

Set up your phone for text messaging

Press Settings.
Press Messages.
Press More Message Settings.
Press Message centre.
Press the required SIM.
Key in +61418706700 and press the Return key.
Press the Home key to return to the home screen.
