A Bluetooth device can't connect to my phone

If another Bluetooth device can't connect to your phone, there may be several causes of the problem.

Before another device can connect to your phone, Bluetooth visibility needs to be turned on on your phone.

Solution: Turn Bluetooth on or off

Before another device can connect to your phone, the devices need to be within range of the wireless Bluetooth signal.

Solution: Place the devices within 10 metres of each other.
