My phone's battery life is short

The screen brightness is set too high
Automatic screen lock is turned off
Live wallpapers are turned on
Automatic content synchronisation is turned on
Automatic app update is turned on

Turn automatic update of apps on or off

Press Play Store.
Slide your finger right starting from the left side of the screen.
Press Settings.
Press Auto-update apps.
Press Auto-update apps over Wi-Fi only to turn on the function.
Press Do not auto-update apps to turn off the function.
Press the Home key to return to the home screen.

    Find "Auto-update apps"
    • Press Play Store.
    • Slide your finger right starting from the left side of the screen.
    • Press Settings.
    • Press Auto-update apps.

    Turn automatic update of apps on or off
    • Press Auto-update apps over Wi-Fi only to turn on the function.
    • Press Do not auto-update apps to turn off the function.

    Return to the home screen
    • Press the Home key to return to the home screen.
