I can't send and receive picture messages

There's an error at the receiving end
Your tablet hasn't been correctly set up for picture messaging
You're abroad and data roaming is turned off on your tablet
The picture message is written incorrectly
Mobile data is turned off on your tablet

Turn mobile data on or off

    Turn mobile data on or off
    • Slide your finger down the display starting from the top edge of your tablet.
      Press the mobile data icon to turn the function on or off.
    • If you turn off the function:
      Press OK.

    Return to the home screen
    • Press the Home key to return to the home screen.
