I can't make voice calls

There's no credit on your prepaid phone card
Your number has been suspended
Flight mode is turned on
Barring of outgoing calls is turned on
Your tablet is overloaded for unknown reasons
The SIM is faulty
Not adequate network coverage
There is a temporary network problem
There's an error at the receiving end
The selected network is out of range

Select network

Slide your finger downwards starting from the top of the screen.
Press the settings icon.
Press Connections.
Press Mobile networks.
Press Network operators.
Press Search networks and your tablet will search for networks.
Press the required network.
If you want to select a network automatically, press Select automatically.
Press the Home key to return to the home screen.

    Find "Network operators"
    • Slide your finger downwards starting from the top of the screen.
    • Press the settings icon.
    • Press Connections.
    • Press Mobile networks.
    • Press Network operators.

    Select network
    • Press Search networks and your tablet will search for networks.
    • Press the required network.
    • If you want to select a network automatically, press Select automatically.

    Return to the home screen
    • Press the Home key to return to the home screen.
