I can't send and receive email

Your tablet hasn't been correctly set up for Telstra Mail
Your tablet hasn't been correctly set up for IMAP email
Your tablet hasn't been correctly set up for POP3 email
Your tablet hasn't been correctly set up for Exchange email
The email isn't written correctly

Write and send email

Slide your finger upwards on the screen.
Press Samsung.
Press Email.
Slide your finger right starting from the left side of the screen.
Press the required email account.
Press the new email icon.
Press To and key in the first letters of the recipient's name.
Press the required contact.
Press Subject and key in the required subject.
Press the text input field and write the text for your email.
Press ATTACH and go to the required folder.
Press the required file.
Press DONE.
Press SEND when you've finished your email.
Press the Home key to return to the home screen.

    Find "Email"
    • Slide your finger upwards on the screen.
    • Press Samsung.
    • Press Email.

    Select email account
    • Slide your finger right starting from the left side of the screen.
    • Press the required email account.

    Create new email
    • Press the new email icon.
  • 4
    Select recipient
    • Press To and key in the first letters of the recipient's name.
    • Press the required contact.

    Enter subject
    • Press Subject and key in the required subject.

    Write text
    • Press the text input field and write the text for your email.
  • 7
    Attach file
    • Press ATTACH and go to the required folder.
    • Press the required file.
    • Press DONE.

    Send the email
    • Press SEND when you've finished your email.
  • 9
    Return to the home screen
    • Press the Home key to return to the home screen.
