I can't turn on my tablet
If you can't turn on your tablet, there may be several causes of the problem.
To use your tablet, the battery must be charged.
Solution: Charge the battery
Connect the charger to the socket and to a wall socket.
When the battery charging icon is displayed, the battery is charging.
When your tablet is turned on, you can always see the battery power level. The larger the coloured section of the battery icon, the more remaining battery power.

To be able to turn on your tablet, it needs to be done correctly.
Solution: Turn your tablet on and off
Press and hold On/Off until your tablet is turned on.
If you're asked to key in your PIN, do so and press OK.
If the wrong PIN is entered three times in a row, your SIM is blocked. To unblock your SIM, you'll need to key in your PUK. The PUK can be obtained by contacting Customer Service. Please note: If an incorrect PUK is entered ten times in a row, your SIM is blocked permanently. In this case, you need a new SIM from Telstra.
Press and hold On/Off until a pop-up menu is displayed.
Press Power off.
Press Power off.

If the battery is faulty, you can't turn on your tablet.
Solution: Go to the manufacturer's web page to see if it's possible to change the battery.
