No ring tone is heard on incoming calls

If there's no ring tone when you get calls, there may be several causes of the problem.

When you turn on silent mode, all phone sounds are turned off.

Solution: Turn silent mode on or off

Slide two fingers downwards starting from the top of the screen.

To hear the ring tone when you get a call, the ring volume needs to be set at an audible level.

Solution: Select ring volume

Press the upper or lower part of the Volume key to select the required ring volume.
