Cancel all diverts

    Find "Call forwarding"
    • Press the phone icon.
    • Press the Menu key.
    • Press Settings.
    • Press Call forwarding.

    Cancel all diverts
    • The current settings will be displayed.
    • Press one of the following options:
      Always forward
    • Forward when busy
    • Forward when unanswered
    • Forward when unreachable
    • Press Disable.
      Repeat until all diverts have been cancelled.

    Return to the home screen
    • Press the Home key to return to the home screen.

Can you make a voice call?

It's important to find out if you can make a voice call. If you can't make a voice call, you need to solve this problem first. When the problem is solved, you will most likely also be able to receive voice calls.
