I can't send and receive picture messages

There's an error at the receiving end
Data roaming is turned off
The picture message isn't written correctly
Mobile data is turned off

Turn mobile data on or off

    Turn mobile data on or off
    • Slide your finger down the display starting from the top edge of your phone.
      Press Data to turn the function on or off.

    Return to the home screen
    • Press the Home key to return to the home screen.
