I can't send and receive picture messages

Your phone hasn't been correctly set up for picture messaging

Set up your phone for picture messaging

Press Settings.
Press Messages.
Press the indicator next to
Slide your finger upwards starting from the bottom of the screen to return to the home screen.

    Turn picture messaging on or off
    • Press Settings.
    • Press Messages.
    • Press the indicator next to "MMS Messaging" to turn on the function.

    • Slide your finger upwards starting from the bottom of the screen to return to the home screen.
