1. Find "Mail"

Press the menu icon.

1. Press the menu icon.
2. Press Mail.
3. Press the name of the email account.
4. Press the required email account.
5. Press Compose.
6. Key in the first letters of the required contact.
7. Matching contacts are displayed.
8. Press the required contact.
9. Repeat the procedure to add more recipients.
10. Press Subject.
11. Key in a subject for the email.
12. Press the text input field.
13. Write the text for your email.
14. Press Attach.
15. Press File.
16. Go to the required folder.
17. Press the required file to select it.
18. When the field next to the file is ticked (V), it's selected.
19. Press Done.
20. Press Send when you've finished your email.
21. Press the Home key to return to standby mode.

40. Press Login required to turn SMTP authentication on or off.
41. When the field next to the menu item is ticked (V), SMTP authentication is turned on.
42. Press the field below Username and key in your username for your email provider's outgoing server.
43. Press the field below Password and key in your password for your email provider's outgoing server.
44. Press the field below SMTP server and key in the name of your email provider's outgoing server.
45. Press the field below Security type.
46. Press None.
47. Press the field below Server port and key in 25
48. Press Next.
49. Key in a name for your email account
50. Press the field below Your name and key in the required sender name.
51. Press Finish setup.
52. Wait while your phone retrieves new email.
53. Press Menu.
54. Press Settings.
55. Press Sync, Send & Receive.
56. Press Peak time sync.
57. Press Smart Sync, Manual or the required interval.
58. Press Off-peak sync.
59. Press Smart Sync, Manual or the required interval.
60. Press the Home key to return to standby mode.

38. Press Mail, Contacts, Calendar or Tasks to turn synchronisation on or off.
39. When the field next to the menu item is ticked (V), synchronisation is turned on.
40. Press Manually or the required setting.
41. Press Next.

43. Each time your phone connects to the server to synchronise, data charges will apply.
44. Key in a name for your email account
45. Press Finish setup.
46. Press the Home key to return to standby mode.
