Set up your phone for Exchange email
You can set up your phone to send and receive email from your Exchange email account, such as your work email. Follow these instructions to set up your phone for Exchange email.
You need to set up your phone for internet to use this function. Click here for information on how to set up your phone for internet.
Select an alternative email configuration:
- Set up your phone for email
- Set up your phone for Telstra Mail

1Find "Mail"
- Press the menu icon.
- Press Mail.

2Create new email account
- Press Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync.

If an email account has been created already, do the following instead:Press the menu icon. Press Add account. Press Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync.

3Enter email address
- Key in your email address.

4Enter password
- Press Password and key in your password.
- Press MANUAL SETUP.

5Enter server address
- Press the field below "SERVER ADDRESS" and key in the server address.

6Enter domain name
- Press the field below "DOMAIN" and key in the domain name.

7Enter username
- Press the field below "USERNAME" and key in your username.

8Turn SSL encryption on or off
- Press This server requires an encrypted SSL connection to turn the function on or off.
- Press NEXT.

9Select data types for synchronisation
- Press the following data types to turn synchronisation on or off:
- Contacts
- Calendar
- Tasks

10Select period for synchronisation of email
- Press the required setting below "UPDATE SCHEDULE".
- Press NEXT.

11Enter email account name
- Key in a name for your email account

12Finish setup
- Press FINISH SETUP.

13Return to the home screen
- Press the Home key several times to return to the home screen.
