Use Gmail
Gmail is a free email service provided by Google. You can send and receive Gmail messages using your phone's browser. Follow these instructions to use Gmail.
You need to set up your phone for internet to use this function. Click here for information on how to set up your phone for internet.
You also need a Gmail account. If you don't have an account, you can create one at www.gmail.com
If you don't want to use Gmail using your phone's browser, you can set up your phone for Gmail using the phone's email client. Click here for information on how to the set up your phone for web-based email.

1Connect to Gmail
- Slide your finger left on the display.
- Press Internet Explorer.
- Press the address bar at the bottom of the display.
- Key in http://gmail.com and press arrow right.

If you've bookmarked Gmail already, press the dots in the bottom right corner of the display. Press favourites. Click here for information on how to add a web page to your bookmarks.

2Log on
- If it's the first time you use the application, you need to log on.

3Use Gmail
- You can now use the application.
- Please note that Gmail isn't part of the original application package and therefore only a general description is given here.
- You have a number of options, such as:
- Send email
- Retrieve and read email
- Reply to email
- View list of contacts
- Select application settings
- Create a new Gmail account

4Exit
- Press the Home key to return to standby mode.
