I can't receive voice messages on my voicemail

If you can't receive messages on your voicemail, there may be several causes of the problem.

To receive voice messages, you need to select voicemail settings.

Solution: Dial 101 from your mobile phone and follow the instructions to set up your MessageBank®.

To receive voice messages, you need to divert calls you can't answer to your voicemail.

Solution: Divert calls to MessageBank®
