I can't establish a connection to the internet

Your USB modem has not been correctly set up for internet
Data roaming is turned off

Turn data roaming on or off

    Find "Mobile Connection"
    • Click Settings.
    • Click Internet.
    • Click Mobile Connection.

    Turn on data roaming
    • Click the drop down list next to "Data Roaming:".
    • Click Enable to turn on the function.
    • Click Apply.

    Turn off data roaming
    • Click the drop down list next to "Data Roaming:".
    • Click Disable to turn off the function.
    • Click Apply.
