I can't establish a connection to the internet

If you can't establish a connection to the internet using your USB modem, there may be several causes of the problem.

You can't connect to the internet if your USB modem is using a wrong APN.

Solution: Set up your USB modem for internet

Click Settings.

To establish a connection to the internet when abroad, data roaming needs to be turned on.

Solution: Turn data roaming on or off

Click Settings.
