I can't use my internet browser

If you have problems using your internet browser, there may be several causes of the problem.

You may need to change certain settings if you have installed third party security software on your computer. If your firewall or anti-virus software is configured incorrectly, you can't use your internet browser.

Solution: Open your firewall or anti-virus software installed on your computer and check that your internet browser is allowed to connect to the internet.

You might not be able to use your internet browser if the wrong security or network settings have been selected in the internet browser.

Solution: Try using another internet browser to check if you have selected the wrong internet browser settings.
