Your USB modem can't find a network

Establish connection to the internet

Turn off Wi-Fi
- On your computer: Click the menu field.
- Click the Wi-Fi icon to turn off the function.

Establish connection to the internet
- Connect your USB modem to your computer's USB port. When the LED is blue or green, an internet connection is established and your USB modem is ready for use.
  Before connecting your USB modem to your computer, you need to insert your SIM.

Wrong or no SIM

The selected network is out of range

Not adequate network coverage

The SIM is faulty

Your SIM has been blocked permanently

You're asked for the PUK

Your PIN isn't keyed in
