Get phone support via call or online chat

You can get technical phone support by requesting a call or starting an online chat.

Slide your finger downwards starting from the top of the screen.
Press the settings icon.
Press SUPPORT.
Press PHONE.
Follow the instructions on the screen to request a call. You will then get a call from the Google support team. Follow the verbal instructions to get support for your phone.
Press CHAT.
Follow the instructions on the screen to start an online chat.
Press the Home key to return to the home screen.

    • Press PHONE.
    • Follow the instructions on the screen to request a call. You will then get a call from the Google support team. Follow the verbal instructions to get support for your phone.

    • Press CHAT.
    • Follow the instructions on the screen to start an online chat.

    Return to the home screen
    • Press the Home key to return to the home screen.
